Jennifer began her journey of counseling 25 years ago by receiving her Masters Degree in Pastoral Counseling & Spirituality. In 2012 she began training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and focused on trauma recovery and resilience through body work. Jennifer works with children (birth-8th grade), teens, young adults and families to help them integrate sensory systems to positive impact their daily lives. During her time in this field, Jennifer has received certification for several therapeutic modalities, including Transforming the Experienced Brain (TEB) as well as Safe&Sound Sound Healing.
